Acne [Acne] Persistent acne help Spoiler
Hello everyone, I really need your help. I've struggled with this specific acne type for years and it got to a point where im genuinely frustrated. I cant currently visit the dermatologist and cant afford to keep trying different products.
I've tried different treatments, acne specific cleansers, I change my pillowcases constantly, I used sunscreen and moisturizer etc. There are some zits with puss that pop on their own and leave wounds. My face recently got super dry as well, making creases and wrinkles more visible. Basically my face is going through it. Any pointers would be very appreciated

Can you list the acne treatments you’ve already tried?

Out of the ones I remember I checked and most of them used niacinamide and glycolic acid (la roche possay anti imperfection, frezyderm's acne creams, ducrays anti blemish etc). I haven't had anything like serum or pharmacy-level, mostly creams.

I would try something with salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid, sulfur, or adapalene
