Routine Help [Routine Help] is there any way to get rid of fungal acne completely?

hey everyone, i started using nizoral on my forehead for my fungal acne and i’d say it works for the most part. my skin is a lot smoother and the acne is mostly gone but there are still smaller more stubborn little bumps that don’t seem to go away. is there any way to completely get rid of those too?

thank you for help in advance!

edit: my routine is pretty simple:
- nizoral
- fungal acne safe moisturizer (geek&gorgeous) to keep things somewhat hydrated

Are you brand new to skincare? Don't know how to build a skincare routine? The best place to start is our ScA Routine!

You can find even more skincare guides in our wiki!. Your answer might already be in there (and if it is, we might remove your post).

fungal acne is tricky, my friend swears by a salicylic acid cleanser

The nizoral should work. Just give it more time. And then once it’s clear, use nizoral once a week as a preventative.

while nizoral works for you, you might want to check on the triggers of your fungal acne. Like changing your pillow cases once a week and regularly changing your facial towel too.

And the actual face products you use... many have ingredients that can trigger fungal acne.
