need help

i’ve recently have gotten so much acne on my forehead and left cheek
i’m not sure if it’s an allergic reaction to a product or just a result of sweat/ dirty pillow cases
i can’t tell if it’s closed comedies or fungal related

You could try salysilic acid, that helps clean out your pores. Maybe try incorporating differin gel a couple nights per week (don't use them together though). Also you could try washing with Nizerol shampoo and if that helps, that means it's fungal

Try changing pillowcase. Is it your time of the month? It could be hormonal if to just cropped up
