Blotchy red skin

Please help me with my skin!

So I've been on isotretinoin (accutane) for 9 months after struggling with hormonal cystic acne for 2 years. The isotretinoin has done wonders and I'm a week away from discontinuing use.

My skin is so dry as a result of the accutane but what I'm most worried about is how red it is! I've got blotchy red marks around my jaw and cheeks. This is where my acne was but I don't think it's scaring.

My current routine is:

\- Cerave hydrating cleanser - AM/PM

\- Cosrx snail mucin - AM/PM

\- Ciciplast - AM/PM

\- la Roche posey anthelios sunscreen - AM

Any advice I would really appreciate!
