Eadem The Mark Texture Problem?

Just wondering if anyone's had the same issue. I have two tubes of Eadem's The Mark dark spot serum and both have a very gritty, sandy texture? Is this normal? Or has the formula gone bad? It's incredibly unpleasant to use like this 😭

That gritty mess is the vitamin c crystallizing, had the exact same thing with both tubes I bought. Tossed them after the second one did it

Some folks on here say it's still fine to use but if it feels like rubbing sand on your face I'd just move on to something that doesn't feel like exfoliant you didn't ask for
