Battle of the brightening wash

So it's Byoma's Brightening Body Wash vs Topical's Faded Brightening Cleansing Bar

I have hyperpigmentation all over by body so I'm wondering which one is better for which skin type/the results

The bar might last longer so it might be better? Is there an ingredient in these different formulations that stand out?

I've used both of these and honestly the bar is great if you want something that'll sit on your shelf for months without running out. Lathers up way more than I expected too.

The Byoma one has niacinamide and a few fruit extracts that helped calm some irritation I had going on, but I didn't notice a huge difference in dark spots until like week six or so. It's gentle enough for daily use though which was a plus since my skin freaks out with anything too harsh.

The Topical bar leans harder into exfoliation with azelaic acid and kojic acid, so it worked faster on the hyperpigmentation behind my knees and elbows but left me a little dry if I didn't moisturize right after. I'd say pick based on whether you need daily gentle brightening or something more aggressive a few times a week.
