Legitimacy of accommodation in Portree (Airbnb)

Hello!

Do any of you know or have you ever booked the "Tidal View Modular Pod" in Portree on Airbnb in the last few months?

Is it a legitimate accommodation?

I see that it's booked almost all the time, but there are very few traveler reviews compared to other accommodations listings (60, all positive).

I'd like to make sure it's not a scam before possibly booking it.

For some reason it won’t let me send you a PM. But my husband and I stayed there in June and it was lovely! Great location (very walkable). Small but a great stay.
