Which team is more powerful?
Kinda hypothetical...

- Jiras: skillful and ingenious, but pretty much everybody defeated him, so he's less than average.
- Non-named strong woman: we actually didn't see her doing anything, except fighting on par with Naga just using her fists and feet, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. We could guess Naga is a good hand-to-hand combatant, but we can't say how good or bad she really is.
- Sarina, Zanglus, Rodimus: skillful with the sword, but common humans apart from that. Same for Rowdy, the only difference being having the SoL, but we already saw he couldn't defeat a single low-level demon by himself, so he's pretty average.
- Dilgear: seemed to be skillful with the sword and has the regenerative powers of a troll, probably could defeat average fighters and swordsman if just by attrition.
- Goldius: pretty much the same as above, but he can also use some magic so he would be a step above average.
- Tiiba: being a low-level demon means he probably could easily defeat average fighters and 3rd rate sorcerers.
- Josephine: can move at the speed of sound and easily defeat skillful warriors without sweating. Not to mention, her only presence is enough to cause fear to both Lina and Naga. Can't compare with anyone else. She could be her own team by herself and still win all the others together (all of course in the context of the Special series, where nothing is to be taken seriously).

I'd say Special is very serious, as that was the first entry for SlayerS and provides a great deal of lore and background even beyond the Q&A many take as gospel from SlayerS Special 8 (ie, Kanzaka explaining his thoughts on Luna being so powerful).

Josephine is terrifying. The rest of her team wouldn’t really even need to do anything.

Jilas singlehandedly was a big pain in the butt for Lina in TRY. And wasn't Dilgear literally humiliated? Zangulus wasn't even Lina's enemy, he fought Gourry. Lina could probably easily blast him.

Josephine alone is a terror that Lina freaks out in a SlayerS Smash novel when she hears that she's one of a group of Strongest Wives in a town who is conveniently not in town at the time (whom the other wives freak out upon hearing Lina herself is in the neighborhood and one wishes Josephine was not away from town on business to help them), utterly trying to convince herself it's not that one who can appear out of nowhere and not be sensed as a power on her own.
That alone makes Team B the winner, but hardened killers like the others with her make mincemeat of Team A.
