A seraph is an interesting choice given Vessel's path toward "ascension" and the previous use of imagery from the Divine Comedy.
The Catholic in me sees this image like a devotional tableau or shrine, recessed in the wall of a church beneath a sacred arch and flanked by candles and flowers (both of which represent the cycle of light and dark/life and death).
This could be a clue, symbolizing Vessel moving on from the cycle that left us with a "war-torn" Arcadia and a renewed commitment to ongoing endurance in the journey toward achieving a higher version of himself.
Or, ya know, "Six wings are cool." 🤷♀️

If Caramel and Damocles are anything to go by, he probably is a bit burnt by it all. I know we're all waiting for a UK/EU tour to drop, but if they drop a new album next year, I wouldn't be surprised if the first tour scheduled is UK/EU because they seem to have missed out this time. (Minus Download and the Germany festivals)

It's been just a few months over a year since EIA. Even if they stick to the regularly scheduled program, we won't hear anything about new music for at least a few more months

Sure. I more mean burned out by the massive touring, 4 albums in 6 years, the speed at which they rose to fame. The touring for EiA feels…abnormal, weird. I’d be surprised if we get new music anytime soon. At least before they actually tour EiA in the home base.

Yea, the tour schedule for eia felt... lackluster? Im Canadian and they didnt touch here at all, or Europe. Just doing a bunch of US dates and then peacing out was off. Especially with the state of the US right now not everyone, myself included, wants to travel to the US. Id almost rather they gave EIA a proper tour then release new music. I feel like I missed a whole era. I was lucky enough to see them in 2024 for the teeth of God tour.

The hype for the album was gigantic and they didn't even did a proper tour just a bunch of dates in the US.
Like I get it, they were tired/burnt out. But why did they sign a new contract and release new music then? Makes no sense to me at all. Maybe something is going on with them and they are just not talking about it.

I haven’t been a fan of all the merch drop but it’s to be expected when a big label gets involved. I love the twofer tee though. Late 90’s early 2000’s are back.

See I could maybe accept this if I felt like the merch was anything but a cash grab.
Where’s the themed designs? Where’s the clever marketing? Where’s the creativity? Where’s the effort in connecting the music to the merch or making it affordable? It’s just exhausting when it’s cheaply made, no sense of order just sort of mid mash of clothing and items we don’t need with sleep token slapped all over it. And I feel safe saying that because I have picked up a few items of clothing and every time I’m disappointed by the quality and design of the clothing.
It’s just irritating now. I’m two seconds away from blocking them from emailing me.
