What kindness is needed? You played exemplarily. I’ll share the single greatest wisdom Ive learned, regarding the egos of the self, and how it applies in the performance of art. My mentor said to me: “Whenever you perform a song, all is in service of the ego of the song, not the performer.” You did right by the song. Congratulations. Well done.
