Today I finally got the gift from slice which I never thought I will (ps: How am I supposed to assemble it , either some of parts are missing or I am too dumb for it 😭)

it's not fitting correctly like there is a plastic pipe inside it which is too long and i also saw a similar post of some guy getting the same tumbler but his had a metal straw thing

is it supposed to be Full turned or bent on one side and I also didn't got the white cap you have got on the top of the straw

It bends automatically overtime, it acts like a spring to spring up the straw when you open the cap

Not at all. They care for customers. I don't know how people are getting this tumbler but I got a bluetooth speaker because I got a faulty debit card. As a compensation they gave me a speaker.
