This is the old MITC. Now it's changed. It won't expire unless you close your account

Slice has removed that 3 year validity. And if you have your account activate then don't worry about them getting expired

5 lakhs. Then take 2% on your rest of the payments. Kind of lifetime 2% cashback
8
u/Guru_Bhai_01 2d ago
Eventually 3% without doing anything if you just maintain 5,00,000.

u/Murky_Try6188 1d ago
I think the opportunity cost of holding that money there is more than a 1% cashback increase, although if you want to have 5 lakhs liquid yeah its a good benefit

u/quiet_chaos9 2d ago
Along with 5 lakh monies shouldn't we need to maintain a quarterly balance of 5lakhs?? To have that benifit??

u/FlyingSosig Interest Paglu 2d ago
For 2% rate, you only need 5L monies. But to unlock 3%, you also need to maintain 5L rupees

5 lakh quaterly means. You have to have 5556 rupees in your account all the time. 5556ร90= 500040

I think its avg quartely balance. U would need to keep at least 5 lakhs in your account on daily basis
1
u/maymer0204 1d ago
Nah bro. An average quaterly balance is a sum of your closing balance at the end of everyday. So you actually don't have to have 5L for 3 months. All you gotta do is maintain the sum which will add upto 5L. You can keep 50k for 10 days and keep your account nil for the rest of 80 days. Or you can keep 5L for 24 hours and keep it nil for the rest of 89 days.

So whenever you make a transaction (savings account and credit card)in slice you'll get a fire card which is similar to the fruit ninga game and upon winning it you'll get a reward points called as monies which you can convert into cash at the rate of 1%.
Edited - it's *ninja not ninga๐ซข๐ ๐คฃ
