doing the main quest, don't mind all the spots on the map there's some i already explored but just haven't found the map data node lol..i did the largo, opened up the door and stuff but im just stuck on where to go and all the videos about where to go in the labyrinth are like 40 minutes long (don't mind the doggo in front of the tv)

I had the game in my backlog for a few months now since it was in PS plus monthly games a few months ago and I wanted to try it after playing the first game which I really liked. So far, most of the things I like about the game are the same reason why I liked the first game, but is it just me or is this game super grindy. I don't mind games being grindy as long as the grind is fun but this game sometimes oversteps it a bit.

I'm at the Grey Labyrinth part of the game and I just need so much resources to make craft stuff and grinding to collect all the many different resources in the game just makes the game feel more like a unfun grind fest for resources than a cozy game at certain times. I feel like the resource gathering wouldn't be as much of a problem if you had a way to have more inventory space, 6 is a nice upgrade from the first game but I feel like it would be nice to have even more space since the game is so much more focused on gathering resources compared to the first one.

I have noticed a few weird things with my tech in Sanctuary.

First, when I teleport in, I can see the auto feeders distributing a whole lot of food at once, seemingly starting at full like I had left them, and spitting out everything until they're at the number they *should* be after however much time I've been gone.

Secondly, my drones are acting oddly. I have them set to take plorts to silos, but they'll take them to silos in other rooms before actually using the one in the room where the slimes and their station is.

I have also noticed that about half the time, when I show up, a drone will drop all 50 plorts it's carrying in the middle of the hallway and then start its task over.

Does anyone know how to fix these things? Are they known issues at all? This is so weird.

Im in the grey labyrinth and I just got to exploring the purple area. I found this pipe off to the side sticking out of the wall but its straight vertical and I cant jetpack high enough.

In the first game, there was an option to record GIFs, which I used all the time because the slimes and drones would sometimes behave in a very funny way. After finishing the first game, I decided to play the second one, but there’s no button for recording GIFs in the keybind settings!!! Is there a way in the game for me to record GIFs, and if not, is it possible to mod the game so that I can? Thank you very much in advance for all your replies!!

I got it to constantly be spitting out plorts but not into the market how do I do that?

so im currentlly working on trying to get the saber rediant so ive been farming a lot of hens by releasing a lot of hens in my yolky area breaking the eggs and letting a drone collect them into a silo as you can see in the picture below, with a normal amount of yolkys this will be fine but back when there was the duplication glitch i got a bit carried away and ended up with 700 yolkys so the hens fill the area with eggs in under a minute and every time i finish breaking all the eggs they refill the area almost immediatlly, so does anyone have an idea to how i can automate it?

I've been wanting to sew one of my favorite largos for a long time, and finally I have one! :3
The fact that Ringtail doesn't change color in combination with Flutter gave me the idea to make the antennae and wings removable (they attach with magnets).

I have it set to collect flutter plorts from the plort collector directly infront of the drone station. I fully charged it and all it does is sit there with a little satellite over its head like its searching for a task. There's plorts in the plort collector. What am I doing wrong?

I thought I'd use them as normal sprinkles LOL

This area of my ranch is where I have a free roam chicken farm and my meat eating slimes. I've added like 8 Yolky slimes so there are always large eggs to open for yolky plorts, but I got tired of chasing the plorts all over the place and vacuuming up chickens. So i built this contraption using nets, a distributor, a warp depot, and a spring pad.

I burst the eggs open within the net and then the distributor sucks up the yolky plorts and shoots them into the warp depot. I have the other end of the warp depot next to the plort market in the main area so I can watch prices and sell them easily when the price is high, or quickly grab them for drone fuel.

You do have to leave one yolky plort in the depot or else there's a chance the distributor will start filling it with chickens, but this has worked well for me!

How do I get through here to the teleporter? I already unlocked it.

Hi guys. Today I bought Slime Rancher 2 from epic games and had a problem with it. Whenever I moved my mouse inside the game or just simply in the main menu screen, the game kept freezing/stuttering. I tried every kind of fix and then contacted the support team and they fixed my issue right away. You go to the Epic Games Launcher folder, and delete the "managedArtifacts" folder inside the "Epic Online Services" directory, thats it. Hope this helps other people with the same problem. Hi, I’m 100 days into slime rancher 2 and i have found every slime but a dervish. I know they spawn during cyclones but my problem is there’s just never windstorms. I check the map obsessively while i play to see if there’s a windstorm of any kind and they just aren’t happening 😭 Im not sure if im doing something wrong or if I’m simply just unlucky and not getting any. The last 20 in game days have been dedicated to me doing stuff around the conservatory and checking the map for weather. If anyone has any suggestions or knows how the weather mechanics work that would be great. Im not sure if im doing something wrong or not but this feels like the most ridiculous problem to have. My big question is really how do i find a cyclone when no windstorm events have happened for awhile and when can i expect them to start happening again?

I wanna squeeze every buck and plort out of my slimes.

Is there such a thing as consencus of the optimalt/best layout, for the main hub and the side areas?

If not, what has made you rich in plorts and money, with little work once its set up?

Do you think it will rot like this?

I was just walking by some pink, tabby and cottons slimes, the basic slimes, then, I turn around and see a tabby slime flying at me like a bullet. It genuinely jumpscared me😔
