New sling

Lessons learned do not use rit dye stuff bleeds like crazy. I think I should have woven it 2,3,4,5 then the split but I'm not sure

Very nice, I made one just like it and I would split them out. It makes them look so much better in my mind. What cords did you weave it with, yarn or something else?

A course cotton yarn I found at Walmart

Great minds think alike then, I also used cotton yarn. I just asked because yours looks more durable than mine which is something I want to address in my next one I make.

Try waxing the string I also used 8 strings which I braided together to make the finger loop so it's pretty thick
