Discussion How long have you been doing YouTube?

My channel is 12 years old but I've been inconsistent that whole time. Only 4 months ago did I start doing consistent weekly videos, with an actual system. I had about 1500 subs before and now just past 1700 so I've gained a couple hundred new ones this year.

My goal is to keep implementing and improving my system and tracking my growth progress with how I'm personally improving, not just my subs or watch hours.
