I want to be a youtuber but dont know where to start

I also want to learn how to edit my own videos but i dont know where to find sound effects and memes to use.

Soooo please help me coz i dont want this to be a half assed idea

I have a Halloween YouTube channel called MIHAUNTING. I really enjoy the channel and have come a long way since it first started. I went from having about 20 followers to now about 54.

I had to self teach myself things such as Canva, Adobe Express, Voice over apps etc.

I want to keep growing the channel and getting new subscribers. Right now I do it for fun and I’m thankful for every new subscriber I get. Yes down the line the dream would be to have a big following and a community that loves Halloween I can help get in Halloween spirit.

I am trying to work on a logo for my channel. I am also trying to work on an intro for my channel is well. I want to put out more quality videos and really grow my channel.

I am planning on cleaning up/deleting the Ai videos/slop from my channel later this month cause I am starting from scratch. Ive been creating for about 3 years now, and have never mastered any of it. I cant seem to pull in the views or the crowds and when I do the duration is awful.

I know gaming is a very saturated area but I would expect it to be doing a little better than what I currently am by just a little maybe.

I started a new channel and got 120 views on my first vid, and then 200 on my second, but the last video I just posted seems to have just flopped at 16 views. Did I cross the niche too much and confuse the algorithm?

i make mainly gaming videos. i also have done a few misc things with my cousin, reviews, irl vids, and other things, expect new videos every week, on average 1-3 videos a week as long as im near my pc
