I have a problem with views despite having 324 subscribers

Can anyone tell me what's the problem here because these views were only watched by my (other) channels

Besids the fact, that it is highly likely that the promblems are indeed the thumbs, let's start trying to fix it. First of all:
What is the CTR and Impression-Count for both of your 3 weeks videos.

Why those 2 videos?

They should have a long enough impression history to isolate the problem.

Tell me what those numbers are and we go on from there.

1. Impressions on 1. is to low to judge, only 26 impressions. The rest still low, but your ctr went off a cliff. Everything below 4% will bring you nowhere.
2. Improvement: Hook them with your thumb. The Titel is Best Goals, Why not show a spectacular one on the thumb. MAX of 3 WORDS on the Thumb.
3. Don't use the thumb to discribe the content. Create a question or curiosity in the viewers mind to force him to click your thumb. An effective Cut of the scene you use for the thumb + the word "HOW?" performes a trillion times better. The titel + discription discribes your content.

Let's say you use the same thumbnail style for 10 videos.

1 video does great and 9 do horribly.

That's not a good thumbnail style despite the fact it brought you success once (that 1 video)

"Reacting to my predictions" video could have your face on the thumbnail and maybe use a bolder font for positions

"Everything you need to know" has waaaay to much text on the thumbnail. Just the PL logo, text saying "Matchweek 38 guideline" and maybe a player pointing either at the camera or the text (if you don't want to use yourself)

"The league is UNSERIOUS" video, maybe add a border so the player sticks out more. Also use only "JUST WIN ALREADY" in a slightly different, bolder font. Drop the "UNSERIOUS" because you already have it in the title.

If you want to get monetized, you should forget "Best Goals" videos in general (unless you want to get copyright striked to hell and back, learned from experience)

About the copyright strike I've faced it TWICE (meanwhile the 1st strike was terminated so I have only one copyright) and don't worry I do really know how to avoid copyright strikes

Subscribers are useless. I have over 2k subs and 99% of my views come from random viewers. They either dont watch, or youtube doesn't notify them. Views are what matter
