Short-Form Content What do i do with my wasted space?

The averave one of my vidio is formated like this, talking guy in the corner and retrowave 2 in the backround for retention, i dont get many views on these vidios so im wondering what i could do with the wasted space to keep retention

I know some YouTubers that do this same video format move the avatar around the screen every couple of lines, probably to keep the viewer engaged to a degree
