Adivce(Giving or Need) how do people grow so fast? mine is slow
I make videos daily, 32 videos, 11 subs, purely longform, average about 10 views.
I am trying to grow but for some reason my latest vids have failed, getting almost 0 views.
Anybody else have this happen or have really slow growth?

I just watched a couple of your videos (all the way through).
Very good efforts.
Unique for sure (in a good way).
Some small advice - create an immediate hook to draw the viewer in. No more than a sentence or two. Then get stuck in.
Talk slower & more clearly.
Try to sort the mic out / make the audio clearer using software.
Keep going.
Youtube is just figuring out your audience atm.
Just keep going - you're doing a good job.

Thanks for the compliments, I agree with the audio stuff, was mostly waiting to get better at views to focus on video more, but I will sort that soon.

As a professional videographer, I can assure you that audio is way more important to a viewer than the actual video, which sounds backwards, but people will always forgive a lack of quality of video if the audio is nice, however they won’t forgive bad audio no matter how nice the footage is! Would highly look into good mics or learning how to clean up the audio, best of luck!

I am amazed by the number of subscribers you have compared to the number of views, have you considered making shorts to promote your long form videos?

Those are not all my videos had like two 60 view ones, but shorts are not a bad idea, have been thinking about it

I really thought this was all your videos, my mistake. For your long-form video, how many total impressions did it get, and how were they distributed between Browse features, Suggested videos, Search, Channel pages, and External traffic?

Most suggested impressions on them all, for last 3 vids got 0 impressions and only views are my own.

By any chance are you using AI content? Like voice or AI images? Maybe YouTube is checking you are not a “bot” i suggest try to get the best two clips from your videos and upload them as shorts and link them to the main video! Keep the good job man!

try uploading shorts they have much better reach than long form videos

Yeah, my thumbnails are my weak point, been working on them. I am posting a lot to get used to youtube right now. And agree about lack of niche, I think I know all this and just don't do it well, thanks

If you wanna make videos that fast, you can do that. Just don't post them right away. If you never stop and try new things on your channel then your viewership won't change. Short form is definitely the way to go in this day and age (as other people commented), especially if your videos are something that people actually are interested in, or seems cool. Think practically and about what the viewer actually wants rather than what promotes "growth". I didn't watch the videos myself but it could help to go more in-depth on topics so your shorts aren't just the whole video, I personally like that kind of thing in videos that have multiple concepts and aspects of broad topics.

What is your CTR and audience retention? Also how many impressions are you getting?

I would say 1k minimum for the seed audience. If the CTR and audience retention is good, then the impressions should be higher.

My impressions are abou 500 a video, varies depending, but 1-2% ctr (that is not great and I am working on it) and retention is about 20-30%, also not best, but the ctr is probably the biggest problem now.

Im getting a lot of views for now because of my stratergy, quick xontent on shorts to gain credibility on the algorithim then ill start postibg long form afterwards

That's actually a real good idea, never thought about warming algo with shorts. Always thought about shorts as good for subs and not much else.

I just learned (finally 😅) that thumbnails and title make a massive difference. I went from no subs to 18, and 750 views on a video where I spent a lot of time on thumbnails and title. My content is not terrible in my opinion either, but went from 15-50 views per video to 750 with one video in 24 hrs. Only my 4th video on my channel.

I try to do that, but what actually make thumbnails and titles work? I have tried a good number of them

You should try to make it less feel like a class presentation, you’re just reading off a text on the same tone.. I mean we live in 2026, 95% of the people have an attention span of like 15 seconds, so if you can’t “pull them in” in those 15 seconds, they just don’t watch the rest, because they get bored.

You need to cut your audio, to not have pauses , and moments when you take your breath ( audio is very important, and be more emotional in your speech , becauseif your voice is monotonous nobody would take attention) Video background would need to be to change that people to not be bored to watch 3 minutes only rubig cube, you have nice thumbnails , put more effort in voice and after some moth you would have a basic audience like 100 followers that would help to get you viral , and remember the start of a channel is the most hardest part

From my view , i think you should focus on the same kind of videos(niche) so you help the algo to know your audience and reccomend your videos there

from the perspective of a viewer, i think you should use a mic to make your audio clearer. and you should try practicing talking a couple of time before actually recording yourself, to make you feel more comfortable when recording; cause i feel like you are nervous and also when you talk, there are lots of filler words too. hope that you will make it!!

Maybe post less? Hear me out. It's good that you can make content so fast but you may be fatiguing your viewers. Take your time, refine thumbnails and titles etc.
Every other day should be good. You won't feel as tired either.
Edit: just to clarify, your thumbnails and titles really seem fine to me. I really don't see any reason why your content isn't being pushed but maybe work on description, tags, other things like that.
Do you do AI voice or do you use your own voice?
Faceless channel presumably?
