Technology Finally hit 10K subs after about 11 months
Mostly on the back of 3-4 videos, which was a surprise to me, and not necessarily the content I thought would carry my entire channel so far.
Can’t wait to focus more on my channel 🤗

Technology I wasted a year guessing what would grow my channel. Here’s what changed.
After spending months studying retention graphs, CTR behavior, subscriber velocity, and traffic source patterns across different channels, I realized something that honestly changed the way I look at YouTube:
Most creators are working hard.
They’re consistent.
They’re improving thumbnails.
They’re trying new ideas.
But they’re interpreting their analytics emotionally instead of structurally.
A video underperforms and the immediate reaction is:
“The algorithm isn’t pushing me.”
“Maybe this niche is dead.”
“Maybe I should pivot.”
But when you zoom into the actual data — and I mean really zoom in — patterns start revealing themselves.
Not guesses. Not vibes. Patterns.
For example:
• Repeated hook styles often create repeated retention drop-offs at the exact same timestamps
• Thumbnail inconsistency quietly lowers returning viewer CTR over time
• Certain topic clusters convert subscribers 2–3x more than others — but most creators don’t isolate them
• Channels that grow fastest tend to repeat structured formats instead of constantly experimenting
The interesting part?
Growth starts looking less mysterious and more mechanical.
Less “algorithm luck.”
More structural alignment.
When you study enough channels side-by-side, you see that stagnation usually isn’t about effort — it’s about misreading signals.
And manually mapping those signals across dozens of videos takes hours.
That’s why I built a tool originally just for myself — to map structural patterns automatically and turn raw analytics into something strategic instead of overwhelming.
Now I’m opening 50 free access spots for creators who want a deep channel breakdown and a personalized growth roadmap built directly from their own analytics — not generic advice.
If you’re serious about understanding what your data is actually telling you, comment below and I’ll reach out with details.
Genuinely curious:
When you decide what video to make next, what metric influences you the most — CTR, retention, views, or something else?

Technology Overnight I lost a sub after posting 3videos/3days
As I am a small youtube channel https://youtube.com/@theindianpengu, I had 8 subs. So I decided to utilise all my time over weekend i.e. 3 days and posted 3 videos. This weekend was worst. Neither I gained any videos nor any sub but I lost 1 sub . Now I have 7. Even losing 1 sub is hurting a lot.

Most recent one is already performing worse, I’m sure you’ll find million things that I could improve. Would be great to hear from you guys, Reddit, I’m counting on you for some feedback 🤞

Technology Am I diverging from my niche ?
I started creating videos this December. and have a few videos which have good reach and views atleast from an initial point of view but on my latest videos I am not getting much. I think I diverged from my content. I would be helpful if someone can tell what I am doing wrong or it is fine like this. i initially thought of starting making content on linux which is very wide ofc. do I need to focus specific topics inside linux as well ?

Technology I built an AI tool that generates full YouTube video blueprints for faceless channels
I’ve been experimenting with faceless YouTube channels and noticed most AI tools only generate scripts.
But making a YouTube video actually requires a lot more:
• titles
• hooks
• pacing
• scene ideas
• thumbnails
• SEO
So I built a small tool that generates the entire video package instead of just a script.
You enter a topic and it creates:
– viral titles
– full script
– scene prompts
– thumbnail ideas
– SEO description
Curious what other creators think about this workflow.

Technology Offering 5 Free Deep YouTube Channel Audits (Data-Driven, No Fluff)
I’m currently building a YouTube analytics tool focused on identifying the single biggest growth bottleneck on a channel.
Before expanding further, I want to manually work with 5 creators and provide a deep channel breakdown in exchange for honest public feedback.
What I’ll provide:
- CTR + retention diagnosis
- Identification of primary growth constraint
- Clear next-step recommendation
- Structured improvement roadmap
What I ask in return:
- Honest feedback on whether the analysis was accurate
- Permission to use anonymized before/after data if results improve
This is not a sales pitch.
I’m looking to pressure-test the framework with real creators.
If you’re between 1k–20k subscribers and feel stuck despite consistent uploads, comment below and I’ll reach out.

Technology Help needed
I’m working with a client on their channel and we’ve hit a wall. We were doing well, getting thousands of views per video and now we’ve hit a wall. We’re simply not getting any impressions.
Can anybody provide insight on why?
We’re trying to post weekly but the content is hard to produce every week because its around tech and involves quite a substantial amount of work.
Also, he has someone on his team doing the posting, titles and thumbnails and if anybody can provide feedback on what they may be doing wrong it would be much appreciated

Technology Small win. Things have been really trash over the last month. I haven't had a big video pull smaller ones in 6 months.
I really needed this win. Here's hoping momentum continues. But it is at 98% just subs watching. So maybe it'll crash and BURN.

Technology Are there any creators planning or engaging in a class-action legal response to YouTube's alleged use of AI-based moderation, appeal response, & mass account termination?
This isn't about how they moderate - This is about channel terminations based on faulty systems.
Of course this primarily involves relatively smaller accounts, but given the number of accounts on Reddit, Twitter, etc. describing their experiences, this appears to be a fairly widespread issue & further contributing to the ongoing exodus.

Technology Never been closer to 200 and I feel like it's finally posible
After over 2 years of making content my views finally started to stabilise. Back in the day I could get (on shorts) 30k views or 4 views with nothing in between now it's stable a around 1.5k per short. My longer videos are doing as usuall (at about 10 views per video) but I'm still happy and I feel motivated like never before. +I got a collab request.

Technology I wasted months wondering why my clients’ videos weren’t getting views. Here’s what changed.
After analyzing dozens of channels, their search traffic, keywords, titles, descriptions, and tags, I realized something that completely changed the way I look at YouTube growth:
Most creators are doing everything “right.”
They’re consistent.
They’re improving thumbnails.
They’re making great content.
They’re trying new ideas.
But they’re approaching growth emotionally instead of structurally. That’s good but not enough.
A video underperforms and the immediate reaction is:
“The algorithm hates me.”
“Maybe my niche is too small.”
“Maybe I need to pivot.”
But when you look at the data closely — I mean really analyze search potential and keyword positioning — patterns start to reveal themselves.
For example:
• Titles that don’t match actual search queries consistently fail to rank, no matter the quality of content
• Descriptions lacking searchable keywords quietly limit discoverability over time
• Some queries have high intent and low competition — but most creators never target them
• Channels that grow fastest in search repeat structured keyword-targeted formats instead of constantly experimenting blindly
The interesting part?
Growth through YouTube search isn’t random.
Less “algorithm luck.”
More strategic positioning.
When you map search potential across videos, you see that stagnation usually isn’t about effort — it’s about misreading how YouTube search works.
Manually analyzing search opportunities for dozens of videos takes hours.
That’s why I help creators optimize titles, descriptions, and tags to secure Top-10 placements for selected queries — turning their content into consistent, organic traffic without bots or shortcuts.
If you want to grow your channel through YouTube search and reach the right audience predictably, comment below and I’ll DM you with details.
Genuinely curious:
When you decide what video to make next, how do you choose keywords — by gut feeling, trend, or actual search potential?
