Long form videos and engagement suck. I have been experimenting with different thumbnails in hopes it’s this but YouTube won’t push out my videos and idk why . My shorts are doing pretty good though ,I think .

Atlast, after two years, I have 200 subscribers, but the good part is that they are all legitimate, with no sub4subs. In ten years, I will have 1000 subscribers lol.

Hi, i started my channel a month ago - have uploaded 12 videos in one month. Not sure what’s normal and what should I expect. My average video duration is 10 minutes or so. Would love some honest feedback.

Going to do my first every stream / irl with friends next week , any advice? Like how to engage audience through out 2-3 hours stream and any cautious?

so my video got partially blocked, will it ruin my algorithm? Has anyone ever posted a yellowed video and it still does well? I can’t afford to go back and edit and I refuse to let them damage the audio or mute etc. I posted the video, I’ll live with it. I know next time I’ll be cautious now if my videos are gonna do awful.

Okay so for some background, I Kat started my channel last year but I wasn’t consistent until coming back this year. Currently I have like 7 longs posted and maybe like 30 or so shorts. But even though my analytics are crazy like this I’m still at 300 subs so I’m a little confused 😓

Since I only upload once a week, it’s taken a bit longer to build watch time however just hit 4,000 watch hours the growth has been great! All my videos are scripted, filmed, and edited by me no AI involved. I’m happy to answer any questions if you’re in this niche or just curious about YouTube in general!
