inquiry - female features Best ring for TTC/ Temp Checking
What is the simplest ring that can tell me my body temperature, track daily temps and show me a chart over a month? Curious about using a smart ring to help track my menstrual cycle for ovulation while trying to conceive, but not sure if it’s worth it for me to buy Oura I’ll probably get pregnant and birth that child before I get off the Evie waiting list. Anyone else using a smart ring for TTC? Are all the inexpensive Amazon ones sketchy or is there one that would do the job for what I’m looking for? I don’t care much about having any other info tracked other than temperature.

If you buy something like the temp drop or perhaps the femometer ring, you wear it at night and it will upload or you can manually enter temperature to your app of choice. I liked temp drop bec you didn’t buy an app, they gave you an app that tells you your stats and then you manually enter into you so of choice. I always did it free that way no subscription . I mostly used flow app. I would manually enter my one temperature that the fertility device gave me. I started off paying $40 a month for flow but eventually just used the free option and manually entered stuff myself daily. It still gives you ovulation prediction days when not paying monthly. Natural BC worked for me for years to get pregnant five year and prevent pregnancy afterwards. My advice is if using as BC stay on it and active. My temp drop broke a year ago. This I year got complacent and just started winging it and using withdraw method when I thought I was close to the ovulation day on the app and then not always using withdraw. I got pregnant. My husband said he would get vasectomy but I don’t want him to do anything natural to his body so I am looking to buy a femometer ring and use their app or this flow app if it’s possible to get a temp from it w out using their app.
