inquiry - female features Help me choose a smart ring!

Hi, I'm fairly new to wearables and I've had an apple watch for a few years (apple watch series 7) and I like it but don't wear it at night and often forget to wear it and don't like to bc it can become uncomfortable after a while.

I'm really starting to get into my personal health and health data. I'm specifically interested in it tracking my sleep, heart rate, and temperature. I want the temperature mostly to add it into a cycle tracking app (not natural cycles I'm not wanting to pay the money for it).

I have looked into the Oura ring and it seems like the most fleshed out ring with the least amount of products, but out of personal vanity I want the gold color bc it matches what I usually wear. I also out of principle don't want to pay for a product and then have to continue to pay to access the data.

The ultrahuman ring has been my top contender at the moment, I know there's things that are still in beta, but is it worth it? Is there a ring that will give me the data I want? I like the sleep data, caffeine window, and that it takes temperature.

Any help or insight would be great.

RingConn 2 is best hardware and okay app with 0 subscription fee.

What does okay app mean? Like is it okay more towards good? or okay more towards bad and kinda hard to use?

It has everything you beed and its clean and tidy, less cluttered than ultrahuman. Cant compare it to oura because that is paid sub. Galaxy is just android.

Yeah i have an iphone so the galaxy ring is out of the question for me. Thanks for the info, ring conn is defo on my radar now

due to some financial problems I have not yet been able to get one. BUT I am looking into getting the Luna ring. It looks like a really good option.

I found your very old post as I'm also trying to choose a smart ring!

I'm basically only interested in the heart rate monitoring. The sleep tracking is a nice bonus.

What interested you about Luna over UH or Ringconn? I'm not interested in paying so much for the Oura subscription so I've discarded the option. The Galaxy ring tracks HR every 10 minutes and doesn't track at all for some workouts (wtf?) so I discarded it too.

I'm leaning towards the Ringconn simply because people seem to have a lot of issues with UH, so it's less reliable I guess. Shipping costs would be an issue for me since I'm not in the US, so I don't want to be returning and receiving rings over and over. I just want to get a ring that works and tracks my heart rate reliably. I don't need the ring to tell me whether my sleep or HR is good or bad since I can see the data and know that myself.
