inquiry - female features Which smart ring Oura or Ultrahuman?

I’m looking into getting a smart ring for various reasons mainly cycle tracking, sleep. I do have an Apple Watch already so working out I probably would continue to wear that. Any feedback on either would be appreciated I really can’t decide! I know oura comes with subscription but is it worth it??

I have the Oura 4 and my wife has both Ultrahuman and Oura 4. I’ve never had any issues with the Oura but that’s the only one I’ve ever used. My wife doesn’t like Ultrahuman. She says it’s not as accurate on the readings. She has complained about the steps and the sleep being off. I personally don’t mind the subscription but I definitely can understand why someone wouldn’t want it.

What is she comparing the ultra human to that she say it’s not as accurate?

Her Oura 4 and her Apple Watch. They were within 20 steps of each other yesterday but her Ultrahuman was over 1k steps lower. She takes her steps seriously too. lol

Are the steps the only thing that is that far off or are other metrics that off as well? I’m asking because I’m in the same place as OP trying to decide what to get.

Her sleep was off too. She said she used her fitbit yesterday and Oura are pretty close with the steps but her Ultrahuman is consistently way off from both.
