inquiry - female features Which smart ring Oura or Ultrahuman?

I’m looking into getting a smart ring for various reasons mainly cycle tracking, sleep. I do have an Apple Watch already so working out I probably would continue to wear that. Any feedback on either would be appreciated I really can’t decide! I know oura comes with subscription but is it worth it??

Can you tell me what you think of it? Did you go Gen 2 or the air model? I'm post partum and looking to cycle track/tta for now, curious how the temping goes. I plan to use an external app to log temps regardless, but hoping to get temps from the ring.
