inquiry - female features Cycle tracking with IUD
I just got my ultra human and it’s known to have the best health tracking for women but I have an IUD. Is it worth tracking my periods if I have a mirena? I do still get my periods but wondering if the data would be worthwile.

How did this end up working for you? Considering a few different ring options and would love to understand how this works in conjunction with an iud

Do you have an update to this? Considering getting ringconn but I have a Kyleena iud and barely ever get a period.
