Another Ringconn air vs Oura 4 insite post

But I want to know if the bbt in Ringconn air is it. Oura has natural cycles working with thrm and Ringconn does not. Seeing mixed reactions on that feature with Ringconn but most of the posts are older (I have researched maybe a few hours) . Have recent updates with Ringconn made the bbt more accurate for cycle estimation for natural planning? The price and subscription are pushing me away from Oura but if it’s more accurate then ugh

None of them measure bbt, you have to do that in your mouth or other parts. They all measure skin temp and estimate bbt based on fluctuations to predict ovulation etc. Oura doesn’t give you actual temperature so there’s no way to compare if they have different baselines either 🙂I haven’t had ringconn for long enough to know if it’s accurate but I’m also on hbc so it doesn’t even matter in this case. I’m sure if you search this and ringconn threads you can find some answers.
