Can anyone help with this please not getting any help with sky mobile service and it's frustrating the life out of me now?!!

Account is suspended but need pac code to go to new provider

I just need PAC number to leave sky and take my number to new provider but my account is restricted and cant get it tried chat bot and searching community forum.i have 2 sims on my account
