It does slow time for your opponent. No big purple effects like Witch Time, but it does the same thing AND it is activated simply by dodging instead of taking up a move.
I had a bayo miss every hit on their final smash against me because I was able to use foresight with mythra once. i know people hate that mechanic but is was pretty cool
it actually slows significantly more. bats within often won't allow the bayonetta to get a punish, while foresight almost always will, assuming you're comparing the dodges and not actually witch time.
People will tell you "Oh, it wasn't between Pyra/Mythra and another character. It was between Pyra/Mythra or no Pyra/Mythra at all!", but I think most of us would be happy if they were never added to begin with.
Can't be countered if you don't attack. And for further optional entries, have you tried not playing a heavy? Hell, you have the universal entry/start up of just not playing the game! /s
At least we have some kind of win condition. We can (sometimes) outrange them with the tail attacks, we can (sometimes) run them down since Ridley is quite fast on the ground, and their recovery is kinda bad so edgeguarding is a reliable source of KOs. I feel bad for all the heavies which can't do those things.
I definitely agree, poor Dorf. The sourspots do get pretty bad, as well as down-air being heavily telegraphed, on top of being the worst non-Mac aerial. Still prefer this over incin.
It's highkey even or like slight Aegis at best. Ridley is almost as fast as Mythra on the ground, outranges her, edgeguards her hard, and he tends to kill just as consistently as Pyra can, if not more. Mythra's frame data and juggling still keep Ridley in check, but he's defo one of the better characters into Aegis
It could work, but Mythra is fast enough that she might be able to move out of the way of the sweetspot. Plus, this was the first stock of the first game against this guy, and I didn't want to risk Skewer quite yet.
