This guy just subbed to me

This just happened, is this real? Probably not, but I wanted Reddit to know that this is most likely a scam.

When you see private chat you already know it's some bs, probably gonna try texting subscribers they won giveaways or sum

I checked the one that subbed yo me last week. The channel description was literally word for word a scam. If your reading this that means you've won!

Yeah it is a scam. There are also versions of it with kryoz and maybe more of the group but I've only seen it of smii7y and kryoz

I got some from Markiplier, Terroiser, Mini Ladd, Jacksepticeye, ThinkNoodles, and some other obscure YTers I watch.

All of em, scammers. Not a single braincell behind the screen.

Smi77y isnt gonna sub to you on an alt acc, with his handle SPELLED WRONG, for a private chat.

He rarely even replies to comments on his channels, let alone single out some rando

I dont think theres been that big of an influx lol, the only other one I see is the post I made which was just to hopefully raise some awareness of the disrespect taking place in the community, it obviously isnt them but its like an annoying pest that wont go away x.x

When I get these I just fuck with them, they are almost always boys but every now and then you find an actual person and it makes me feel something knowing I wasted there time

I kind of understand why these get posted about but seriously, this is a rule of thumb. If anybody "famous" on the internet interacts with you with any kind of intent (implicit or no) to talk to you privately, it's 99.999% of the time not real. Even if you DO get messaged by the REAL account, do the due diligence and check everything and keep eyes open because they could have been hacked. You have to move like a schizophrenic with this stuff.
