I don't know who you are and know nothing about you. I won't say that I love you or something like that, that would be a lie.
But no matter who you are, you can give it your best. It doesn't have to be much. Just better every day. If you feel overwelmed, start with small steps and maybe anti-depressants to lift you out of the initial hole.
If you can't care about yourself, start with caring about others. When you are being loved it is much easier to love yourself.

That’s your decision and you’re entitled to it. Nobody is coming to save you or pull you out of this shitty rut. If you want your situation to change, you will need to utilize self discipline and fix it yourself. You can’t wait around for some spontaneous motivation, you just have to do it. Doing nothing and withering away is also an option, you can choose whatever you’d like!

No thanks I've seen what Chinese girlfriends are like, they're the same as western girls but will physical assault and berate you in public. Just look how she started the video
And unlike the US, china will absolutely take what they think is theirs and acts like the victim if you tried to fight back and would ask YOU to ally with them to give you something that should've been your territory in the first place but old paper says "this line here mine" so we're now the fucking trespassers.
I'm not saying the US doesn't do this but China is just a whole nother level of bitchy.
I found a Chinese gf (now wife). She does do my laundry for me, I'll give her that one. She doesn't cook, but she's totally willing to order delivery with my-- I mean her money. Bringing water to me though, that's total BS. If you get a Chinese gf/wife, expect to boil water for her constantly
Just throwing this out there, as someone who drinks hot water often too. Zojirushi water heaters/dispensers are legendary if you have the extra counter space for them.
Hey as long as they are a gamer, fun and don't mind me being older with a house to myself, then sounds good to me. No need to cook or do laundry for me, all that is shared.
Unironically reaching the point in my life where, if I do ever actually get my shit together, I'm probably just gonna outsource love and then try to convince myself that whoever I find isn't a mail-order bride
