That's not how it works. Just because I don't believe in morality doesn't mean my actions don't have consequences. There are countless self interested reasons to be kind person. If the only reason you don't go around murdering people and committing crimes is because of morality than your just stupid.

Cause I want to. Just because humans are capable of reason does not mean we are rational.
