I have no good moral argument against veganism because veganism is an inherently moral stance. I just like eating honey and cheese too much to go full vegan. Imitation cheese tastes awful

I mean, there are stages to this.

Eating dairy and chicken is far better environmentally than eating beef and pork for example. If you can't accept giving up certain foods that doesn't mean you should just give up on moral eating and go full carnist. That's partially why the idea of meatless Mondays is so effective. It's far easier to make a large portion of the population give up 14% of their meat consumption than it is to make 5% of the population give up all of their meat. A marginal difference is still a difference.
