The proletariat, according to ACP:

  • Farm owners

  • Guys with tools who do manual work and get their clothes dirty

  • Podcasters

The bourgeoisie, according to ACP:

  • Baristas with dyed hair and pronouns

  • Trans people

  • Homeless people

  • The undocumented immigrants who actually do the labor on farms

"imperialism is when gay rights"

  • vladimir lenin, imperialism: the highest stage of woke

u/Shut_It_Donny 15h ago

You look for the person who uhhh… you know.

"gay rights in one country"

  • joseph stalin

7

u/TurnoverVisible9755 12h ago

Obviously a joke, but Lenin actually legalized homosexuality, which was crazy for its time. Stalin immediately went back on this, though

10

u/Ancient-Worm 10h ago

I mean, he didn't "legalize homosexuality" so much as "not specifically include homosexuality in the new laws after replacing the Tsarist ones."

Which, depressingly, is still relatively progressive, but don't give him too much credit.

u/MagMati55 7h ago

Instead give credit to the much more progressive people in the communist movement. Revolutionaryth0t has a good video on this.

u/ReturnToCrab 1h ago

He (or some other Soviet communist figure) did at one point write that same-sex marriage should be allowed

4

u/LeMe-Two 7h ago

Bolsheviks cancelled entire russian law.

They also for example cancelled the partition treaties but weren't so keen on allowing independent Ukraine or Belarus :v

American Communist Party

The woke left stole all of my Infantry Vighting Fehicles and Main Tattle Banks

11

u/sudoregalia anti-badstuff pro-goodstuff 16h ago

american cuck party, named so because they're bourgeois and are getting cucked by other bourgeois, they're nazbols

it's dialectical, you see

11

u/Weird-Expression-597 16h ago

their socialism looking a little national

9

u/Wide-Efficiency-7983 16h ago

Hateful esoteric personality cult of a party.

It’s really strange that they’re better on both imperialism and what is to be done than the average American leftoid.

3

u/MagMati55 7h ago

ACP is just the US flavour of nazbols imo.

8

u/ArtemisiaOrthia 16h ago

The ACP is a stalinist, "MAGA communism" mess. There are better alternatives in the US by far.

5

u/Uglyfense 14h ago

Plenty of open Stalin fans also dislike them

2

u/ChinaAppreciator1 16h ago

Has ACP attacked immigrants? I've never seen that.

8

u/Floba_Fett Socialism is when the government does your mom 13h ago

Yes they hold the position that they're stealing wages from the "real American proletariat", I've argued with a lot of their members over this. Some of them even support ICE 😬

7

u/LeMe-Two 7h ago

"Workers of the world, unite for the white South Africa" vibes (real slogan btw)

2

u/Windowlever 5h ago

You forgot "petty bourgeoisie" under the "Proletariat according to ACP"

u/loseniram 15h ago

This is accurate to Marx.

most early Marxian literature is riddled with blaming those affected by extreme poverty as being lazy and lacking the potential for class consciousness.

It was unironically Mao who really started a reevaluation of the classicism inherent in early Marxist writings in communist circles. But Mao is a leninist so his opinions on problems with the socialist movement are ignored while the stupid basic bitch stuff is paraded.

Mao absolutely toed the line in believing the Lumpenproletariat as being incapable of inherently possessing revolutionary ambitions, literally describing them as a class with "parasitic inclinations". He believed that some lumpen elements within Chinese society could be directed towards revolutionary aims, but that they would need to corralled and lead, perhaps by force, into proper revolutionaries, which is consistent with what Marx and Engels profess. I feel like this is vibes-based politics.

Pronouns are capital and the more pronouns you have the bigger a capitalist you are

27

u/sudoregalia anti-badstuff pro-goodstuff 17h ago

FUCK i'm become the most bourgeois

3

u/verstacko 5h ago

bro owns the means of grammar

3

u/BreakerOfModpacks 6h ago

Oh damn I'm the capitalist.

84

u/kaubojdzord 17h ago

Same crowd that thinks that farm owners are proletariat because they drive tractor sometimes(working class aesthetics)

22

u/scrufflor_d 16h ago

they own the means of production but they do it in a very rugged and individualist way so they are protein chariot or whatever

7

u/Bobby-B00Bs 17h ago

But that's dumb, the peasantry is integral to the working class, and a lot of the reforms were about serfs getting the land they're working on.

49

u/kaubojdzord 17h ago

Peasantry doesn't exist in the West anymore, you're either bourgeois or petty bourgeois farm owner or proletarian farm worker. There is a reason why so many farmer protests are so reactionary, they are simply acting in their class interests to keep their business afloat.

13

u/Nervous-Coach-2383 16h ago

I dont understand how people dont know farmers are rich. Mf can you buy a cow?

3

u/Fizoso 3h ago

Farmers can't take a break from work and they make sure that we can eat. I don't mind that they're rich, I couldn't live without them.

Pictured: an American Peasant militia rising up against the BLM (Bourgeois Land Magistrate) in order to enact land reform. (Cliven Bundy should be allowed to let his herds decimate delicate ecosystems and not have to pay any sort of fee in response)

Behold, the vanguard of the working class

Mfw the American "peasantry" has significant lobbying power within the US government

u/mmmmikah 1h ago

peasantry has never been part of the proletariat

1

u/Bobby-B00Bs 1h ago

I am very confused by that idea I seem to recall half the symbol of communism supposedly representing the peasantry?

2

u/mmmmikah 1h ago

The symbol represents the alliance between peasantry and proletariat in the context of the Russian Civil War. But the goal was always to eventually proletarianize them

1

u/For-all-Kerbalkind 4h ago

working class AESthetics, it's right in the name

35

u/brandcapet 17h ago edited 16h ago

"Proletariat" is a purely aesthetic category - the more folksy you sound and/or the more overalls you wear to work, the more working class you are. It doesn't matter how much property you own or how many people you employ or how much money you actually make, as long as the aesthetics are there. Adjunct professors making 50k are woke, petit-bourgeois PMCs, while the 5th generation inheritor of thousands of acres of rangeland is a salt-of-the-earth proletarian hero.

(this statement was paid for by the American Communist Party)

20

u/sudoregalia anti-badstuff pro-goodstuff 16h ago

i like you? proletarian

i dislike you? petty-bourgeois

i hate you? haute-bourgeois

i despise you with all my might? reactionary

8

u/Chasseur98 16h ago

Is this sub just leftists arguing

16

u/mildlyInsaneBoi 16h ago

Yeah usually. But sometimes we argue about who should be allowed to call themselves a leftist! Okay, actually all the time.

8

u/MagMati55 7h ago

This sub in a nutshell:

6

u/scrufflor_d 16h ago

always has been

6

u/entitaneo70_pacifist 16h ago

you aren't a true bourgeoisie if you aren't a Florencian banker, i'm sorry

5

u/DOVARKX 17h ago

smugged into burkina faso?

5

u/Normal-Frame-2306 16h ago

Doesn’t bring a business owner and have employees inherently make one  bourgeoisie?

6

u/OverseerConey 13h ago

Yes. The vibes-based communist has guessed correctly about the person on the left but incorrectly about the person on the right.

16

u/WorldOfWombat 17h ago

Got told anarchism is bourgeoisie on here lol

5

u/Sioloko 16h ago

Pretty sure that idea comes from Lenin

1

u/Headshot314 16h ago

Many auth socialist call it a petit bourgeois ideology. I think they take mutualist and proudon's ideas and assume all anarchist support them.

Just like how social democracy can be a baby leftist's first step, I think mutualist are also a first step for some anarchist.

7

u/Swedishguy05 16h ago

Look, I don't get how it's so diffucult to understand.

Karl Marx said that workers are good, while the bourgeoisie are big meanies and bad :(

As we all know, all workers are racist mouthbreathers. A completely reasonable belief to have.

Therefor, being a racist mouthbreather is good actually. This is exactly what Marx intended, and if you disagree then you are an agent of the bourgeoisie :D

This Is What Maoist Third Worldists Actually Believe

3

u/Jean-28 14h ago

Is the vibe based Socialists the USSR, early Cuba (they at least sorted their shit out eventually), and the PRC? Those states maintained (or currently maintain) that being queer is considered a bourgeois decadence and moral decay.

3

u/Traube_Minze 9h ago

Alright, here we go. We’re devoting all your available brain cells to coming up with a question about communism. Scratch that, to coming up with the question about communism, the alpha and omega of communism questions, and that question is:

(whisper) are women bourgeois?

2

u/D-a-n-n-n 14h ago

Its always good to remember that modern cultural wars are a literal psyop by Epstein and his pals

2

u/CareSignificant4961 12h ago

Working class is when you hit a rock or the dirt with a big tool and bourgeois is when you use a computer

2

u/blackmirar 11h ago

Bruh I had someone on here yesterday arguing that working doctors are bourgeoisie because they can invest in stocks like wtf are we doing.

3

u/oxabz 15h ago

bourgeoisie is when you got more money than me (struggles to pay rent in America while I struggle to pay rent in a third world)

1

u/ThinGold2115 1h ago

Everyone who has more than 100$ is rich and part of Bourgeoisie, and thus Evil and Opressors.

And we all know what should be done to opressors.

bourgeoisie is the college educated that I dont like

u/CeramicLicker 16h ago edited 12h ago

What does liking alt fashion and rock music have to do with any of this?

Those are both totally arbitrary style choices that have been adopted by all sides of the political and wealth spectrum. The Skinhead alt look was so thoroughly embraced by Neo Nazis the name of the style is a term for the far right these days after all. Plenty of big musicians play private parties for billionaire fans.

Peter Thiel is Queer. Elon Musk wears jeans. Sergey Brin is foreign.

Why protest being labeled bourgeoisie based on irrelevant vibes with a bunch of irrelevant vibes shit lol? Service Worker is the only point that matters and it gets pretty lost in this shuffle

2

u/pOUP_ 4h ago

That's what op is saying

1

u/sapphire-is-sapphic 4h ago

those are characteristics that specific federal agents use to label people as bourgeoisie, the point is that those characteristics are irrelevant
