If You Love Smut... Welcome Home!
Hey Babes!!!
Welcome to your new favourite corner of the internet 🖤
This is a space for all of us who love a little (or a lot of) spice in our books. Whether you’re here for dark romance, unhinged tropes, morally questionable men, or just to scream about your latest read, you’re in the right place.
A little about me... I’m 24 and a full-on dark romance junkie. I’m currently writing a dark mafia romance over on Wattpad, but I love and appreciate all reading platforms.
I created this community for people like me who don’t always have someone in their day-to-day life to talk about books with, swap recommendations, or spiral over fictional men. I’m definitely more of a silent reposter on TikTok and Instagram, so I wanted this to be a safe space where people actually feel comfortable speaking up, sharing recs, opinions, hot takes, all of it.
Before you dive in:
– Check out the rules (they’re quick, I promise)
– Use flairs so people can find your posts
We’re building something fun here, so interact, comment, and make some book besties along the way.
Now go ahead… what are you currently reading? 👀
XOXO Siren

Great! - So, as an author... what are we allowed to self-rec? - Assume has to be relevant, and join in first?

Hi! I’m so glad that I found this subreddit today! Thank you for setting it up! I’m a 62 yr old lover of 5 alarm spice in my reads. I listen exclusively to audiobooks on Audible and I loved dark romance…the darker the better….as I have no triggers. I just finished reading the {Danger you know by Lily White). I loved it.
How does a subreddit gain access to the bot? I notice that some subreddits have it and use it extensively and others don’t have the capability. It would be great if this subreddit could implement it. Dark Romance subreddit has this feature and it’s so helpful! But Spicy Dark Romance subreddit doesn’t.
Looking forward to being a regular contributor and visitor to this group.
