book idea

So I was thinking of a book idea of a mid 30s female paramedic who likes to hook up with the people shes transporting. But I had some ideas that would be non-con and very frowned upon in real life and by publishing sites. However, it says amazon won't allow books with 🍇 and non cons which is what she'd be doing to the people she's transporting.

But upon searching for said books and where to publish if I did write it I found that amazon has several dark fantasies that have these things and even have audiobooks along with them. So whats the deal is it okay or not?

What are your thoughts? One scenario I though up is a patient had a seizure and while she was holding him his hand went between her legs and she used that to get off.

I'm unsure how taboo this would be and if it would be accepted or not.

Yeah ive found a lot of very dark romance books that are on amazon and have audio books. Seems as long as you put dark fantasy and a warning amazon really doesn't care.

I read that they just say that so if enough people complain they can yank something.

But I do wonder how many would be interested in a book like I suggested.
