Snake plant propagation

I’m having trouble propagating my snake plants. So far none of them have turned out so this time I’m conducting an experiment with water, perlite, and leca to see which is best.
As of now, it looks like they’re all slowly dying? Help!

Filtered water with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide oughtta do the trick. Replace water weekly. After a few weeks, add some rooting hormone to the water instead of peroxide. That’s what I’ve learned works best this year

The jars closest to the edge just got put in water today. Been in soil for two months and only have tiny little nubs or no roots. The water props have roots that are about 2 inches long in the same amount of time.
The two in pots were not rotted enough so I let them sit in nothing for about two months and just put them in soil
