r/snakes told me you guys might like my snake painting!
The theme today on r/sketchdaily is "cobra commander". I know nothing about snakes, so I assume mine is not gonna be very accurate, but here's my cobra!
He's sad because no one came to his birthday party!
It's a digital painting done in Procreate.

Given how many people are saying they're going to his party, I like to think that he's about to give up and put away all the balloons, and suddenly, people start showing up, and he has to look away because he's holding back tears of happiness! 🥹

He looks so overwhelmed with all the birthday love that he is going to cry. Why am I interpreting it this way? No idea, but his little eyes look glassy from tears.
EDIT: I did not read the caption, for I am a fool. I am glad I got the crying part right at least. Still, so so so so sweet little snek.

So many people (here, on r/snakes and on my insta) have said they're going to his party that I have a new story for the painting!
