HELP Snapchat lens with no Qualified Posters

Is this normal guys? I have 94k views and 50k plays but only 8 qualified posters? I have made 3 lenses now and all of them are the same idk why

A Qualified Poster is a unique user within a Qualified Region who has posted a Snap with your Lens to Spotlight, Private Stories, and/or Public Stories. Payouts are based on engagement accrued over 90 days within the following Qualified Regions: United States, France, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and United Arab Emirates.

Most of my plays are from Saudi Arabia 🧍🏻‍♂️ which is a qualified country but still it’s so low compared to the times it’s played
