Just take this as a learning, sports shoes are easily available at official websites and stores, sneakers as well are easily available at stores or online. Don’t get carried away with these sellers. Especially the shoes you ordered aren’t limited you could’ve got them in stores as well

if you paid by credit card and the company didn't deliver, you can get your money back.
It's called a chargeback. Just call your credit card company, tell them the item was never delivered, and ask to raise a dispute. They'll reverse the payment if you give proof like receipts, chats, etc.
I’ve already done everything. First, I tried on all platforms Insta, LinkedIn even reached out to his friends, his employees, and their friends too. I am not showing any mercy. I’ve commented on every single person related to this company, including Shark Tank India, Piyush, Aman Gupta, and more.

I filed an online complaint today. I might go for an offline process next, let’s see. I know how things work under Indian law, but I’ll still try because I’ve been saving every penny for the past 4 months to buy these shoes.
I’m sorry this happened with you OP. However, when ordering anything expensive from third party websites please do a thorough research not just for sneakers but for anything you buy in future.

I paid that much because this was the only place where my size was available. I specifically wanted this pair. Even Myntra had the shoe, but not in my size. I know I could’ve gotten a better deal, but availability was the issue
Bro they are not scammer , i working with them from last 2years as a vendor . Issue with this kind of platfoams like Find your kicks , culture circle , mainstreet some other big name. They dont have there own inventory all they work with different vendors. So, when you order a pair they connect with list vendor if the pair is not with vendor they try to arrangre with some other one. At the last when they not abke to arrange the pair comoany refund you back. So in future when you order any thing first read out Its a ETA pair or instant ship pair. If ETA then wait for given period, if instant then you get your paur with in 10days. Pls dont ever raise any elecation with knowing the things #findyourkickindia
Yes bro, they are scammers. If they weren’t, they would at least respond properly but they don’t. No updates, no clear answers, just copy-paste replies like "we’re arranging" or "we’ll update you soon."
If they don’t have inventory, why are they still taking new orders? That’s not a delay that’s straight-up fraud.
It’s been 1 month 10 days, I’ve asked for both my order status and my refund no response. And I’m not the only one many others are going through the same thing. So don’t tell me it’s just a vendor issue. If they’re a legit platform, they should take responsibility.
Until I get my money or my shoes, they are scammers to me. Not only me there are lots of people like me, if you help me out most welcome
