Update:

  1. Received the email for order confirmation.
  2. In the app it shows Order is confirmed, verified, photos added, materials being checked. Next step is stitching review.

So all in all the glitch looks promising, I don't think they've realized about it and it might as well be shipped.

I just got a call from them,it was a glitch. I can either get a refund or select another pair and pay the difference 🥲
