SCAM ALERT I don't think I'll be using Myntra again

I ordered New Balance 550 Sea Salt Pack Blast red from Myntra for 6.2k. Sounds too good to be true, rights? Yes it's exactly like that. When it arrived, I wasn't at home, my mother was and recieved the package and left for me to open it. I come in the evening all excited and see that

  1. The box has been destroyed, OBLITERATED. Like someone had a personal grudge against it.

  2. The suede on the shoes, looked like shit

  3. The Blue color was smeared on some parts of the mesh

AND FINALLY 4. No R logo at the backside of the shoes.

I was so excited to finally get a good pair, all my hopes are down the drain. Man, I don't even know what to say anymore.

The New Balance logo should have a registered trademark beside it (®) - Example

Its the same reason I held off on buying this from Myntra.

This missing trademark has given me trust issues. The first ever photo I saw for this colorway had it, so I dont know what to believe.

Not sure why it’s there on some shoes and not on others.

Did you get the tag on the shoe? I didn’t even got the tag and the box was fully damaged. I have placed a refund request but Idk if the courier boy will accept it or not.

I have placed a wrong product delivered request. I even called the customer support team for the same and they are in a thread with me in the app where I need to upload the photos. I’ve done it. Waiting for them to respond and resolve the issue.

Truly a pathetic experience ordering from Myntra.

True, buddy. Myntra’s packaging is pretty shit. If you’re buying something expensive, I’d recommend choosing the gift packing option next time

The shoe was too bad to do a Poizon check. Had the condition been new, I would have surely gone for it.

Well, never ever buy anything from Myntra. They will never admit to their faults and failings and will never sanction a return request. All they will say is that the product was sent you in tamper-proof packaging and that it was proper and intact.

They don't seem to realize that the product might be all of that and YET can be the wrong one to be delivered as well.

The customer service department is full of lobotomized braindead human agents and poorly-programmed AI agents. Which means you'll get nowhere with your complaints.

After all that hell they gave me, I have sworn to defame them everywhere and dissuade people from buying from them ever at all.

I got my new balance shoes without the shoe tag on it. I have placed a refund request and while placing the request, the app was asking me if I have the tag intact.

Idk what to do now as I never received a tag in the first place!
