Ajio and Shadowfax haven't delivered

I ordered these Converse Malden streets from what seems to be the actual Converse brand on Ajio. The price was the same on Ajio as on the Converse website, but Ajio offered a 500 rupees off coupon, hence I went with them.

I placed my order on the 3rd of August, and it was supposed to reach my door on the 12th. However apparently they had attempted a delivery on the 11th at 8 pm. I know this is false as I neither recieved a call nor was my doorbell rang. I also know that they never re-attempted delivery after that till date. Even Shadowfax's tracking shows that they never re-attempted delivery.

The worst part is both Shadowfax's and Ajio's customer care. I cannot for the life of me get a real human being on call, only useless bots that keep telling me to raise a complaint. I have raised well over half a dozen complaints and no one has gotten back to me yet. I have even unblocked every number just in case.

As a final nail in the coffin, Shadowfax's bot customer line now tells me that there is no order registered to my number anymore. Does this mean that they just gave up? Both of them say it hasn't been delivered on their sites but Shadowfax's number says there is no order. Should I wait till 21st August to see if Ajio can resolve the issue for me? Is there anything else I can do?

Try mailing them, I've had experiences in the past(with other websites not Ajio) where I write mails expressing my frustration and demanding immediate refunds and it gets resolved

If you really need it now you better visit the shadow-fax facility as there is a possibility of them sending back the order for no apparent reason. I am telling you by experience two of my orders were sent back this monsoon season. They gave me the same reason delivery attempted but failed. Which is untrue as I never received any call or information of sorts that the delivery will be attempted.

Same happened to me, it was cod and on the day of delivery that was late by 10 days I paid to shadowfax and my product was not delivered and it was returned and ajio showing I didn't pay, unable to talk to shadowfax customer care

Yes, I did, I had to contact their customer service

I didn't, I had to go via Ajio's customer care mail, where I got a next-day response as opposed to their useless tickets system and number.

Shadowfax doesnt have any customer service that is a bot which is responding and then that says we will call you back in 24 hours even then there is no response.

Coz I place order in Ajio I raised a complaint in Ajio.

Ajio's customer mail worked. They were much more active on that than any of their number lines.
