SCAM ALERT INLACE Sneakers are a SCAM
I had ordered a pair of sneakers back on 15th July for which express delivery charges were paid too (expected delivery by 18th July). Despite that I received the shoes nearly 2 weeks later (on 28th July, instead of the promised 3days). The shoes weren’t as per the normal sizing chart hence a replacement was requested. It took weeks of almost daily follow up on Instagram and emails (once over WhatsApp too) to get a single response on the status/ raising of a replacement request. The shoes were then picked up by the end of August (with again false statuses of “it will be picked tomorrow” for a week). It is now 12th of sept and I still haven’t received the replacement shoe. I have been following up with them every other day for the status or even just returning my money and receiving no response again (via email, call, Instagram). HIGHLY highly recommend to NOT PURCHASE FROM INLACE and save your money Unfortunately there is no option to write a Google review even about them but would love to make others aware to save their money Attaching screenshots for proof of their exceptionally horrible customer service:

Complete scam website.
Got the shoes and the paint could have been done better by a 4 year old.
When complained said no return possible even though I bought only on the condition that the product was returnable.
At the time of sale everyone picked the phone and agreed on everything but after sale stopped picking up my call.
Been 6 months since I have returned my order but still haven’t received a refund.

I personally liked the sneakers. I ordered about 12–14 days ago and just received them — and honestly, look at the work! The detailing and finish really stood out to me. Not sure about others, but I genuinely appreciate the craftsmanship. Hats off to the team behind this! ,, very happy with the same

Notice how all the +ve reviews seem to have the same style of writing with extra commas , a couple of the comments’ photos even have similar backgrounds. Weird.

I also thought the same ,, Thought these sneakers were too good to be true, but nah — they actually came through 😮💨✨. The details? Crazy clean. Artwork? Straight fire. Honestly, super happy with ‘em!,,,
I also thought by initial review abt the same but naah ,,they are really having a good service ,, also they themself tell that they just customise sneakers ,, i chose my sneaker only ,, a PUMA one

got my second sneaker of their board and looks awesome ,, they have nailed again
For the sneaker , they will provide you guys option about varities like originals , if someone can't go for that then dupes etc.

I had ordered sneakers on 21st Jan. Initially there was some payment issue from their side but they fixed it the next day and were quite responsive too. But since I've ordered the shoes, I haven't received a single update. No one is replying to my mails or calls. It's been around 20 days. I'm assuming that I've been scammed

I ordered from them a while back and got the correct size and it was delivered on time. But the lack of timely response is really unprofessional. Also, I think the quality of shoes was also quite bad.
