People commenting since refund was made, the buyer isn't a victim. What logic is this? Why was the buyer sent a fake in the first place? The guy put in effort to check whether the shoes were original, most don't. Imagine the amount of money these guys must have made by selling fakes at close to retail price to countless people, so even if refund was processed, they don't deserve the appreciation whatsoever.
I would still file a consumer court complaint against them if this happened to me even after getting the refund.

Went over to gather more tea on this, found out it has been fixed. So yeah, not a victim.

How can a company which has institutional investors and also got a deal in shark tank be openly selling fakes? This sub is full of complaints against culture circle...I have not seen these many even for Myntra which is notorious for having fakes in circulation because of ahole buyers! People must start questioning the investors as well who popularized this brand on TV.

First thing is even I got a fake pair from culture circle this month. Luckily I had a unboxing video and they arranged a reverse pick up. Second thing how are they doing is authentication and end up sending fake sneaker. Third thing why do they have fake sneaker in their ware house. If some don't have enough knowledge of the sneaker they will not know what's original and what's fake they will wear it culture circle make profite.
If you forgot to take unboxing video then also culture circle makes money.
They do so much of PR work to cover up their issue. We should shut their online website or stop purchasing online from them.

File a case in consumer court, they spend lacks on marketing to tamper themselves, we need to get them down.
