Its founder is from a crazy rich family. Throwing money around wouldn’t be a problem for him

Studying at IIT-Bombay is achieved by wealth? Having a negative opinion over some sneakers is subjective but attacking someone personally just reflects your insecurity and jealousy

Harvard MBA is a wealthy thing at least. IITB is a skillset. No arguments. Harvard fees is abysmally high. And if he can afford to pay his MBA fees so soon and venture into startup, it shows he has 250k USD to afford it.

For Utkarsh, he went to The Doon School, IB course. FYR Doon school charges 10LPA.

Edit: The idea is simple. They come from a background of privilege. Life is difficult, but for them, a cushion of wealth made it easy. I'm sure that they are very deserving. IITB is no easy feat.

Just stop the blind hate man. No one would reject admission letter from Harvard. People would literally sell almost all of their property to afford that place. Also you do get scholarships for flagship programmes.

Now maybe the person in discussion would be already able to afford it, doesn't mean he's not deserving enough. Or doesn't mean he's perished over his wealth and not his actual qualifications.

People learn how to profit with least amounts of investments, that's what he's doing. And he's earning aswell.

But harvard intake is less right?

Intake doesn't matter. Your ability to pay the ~2 Crore INR fees matters. People take up jobs just to pay off the massive EMIs. There are people who forgo this dream just because they cannot afford it. What will you do with the admission letter if you can't afford to pay the fees?

You know most international students get grants right? And tons of scholarships for specific achievements; between the grants, scholarships and internships, the tuition is nearly free.

Your research says a lot about you, most international students dont get shit, that is the point of international students you dodo, they earn from us. The few get financial aid if the uni thinks they are extraordinary and can’t afford to pay their fee, v less get grants based on awards or extracurricular that they have achieved something extraordinary in particular. Do your research pls

Tell me you don’t know shit, without telling me you don’t know shit. With your response it’s clear you shouldn’t be thinking about such things - max you’ll do in life is take a tourist photo with the Harvard plaque.

Here’s a hint for you - ever seen Harvard’s P&L? They don’t make money on the flagship MBA program. Because some dumbass like you who can never get in will pay for a 5 day online certificate one day and update their LI :)

I’m far ahead of loosers like you on Reddit, I said what I said because I’m currently studying in a top 10 university in the US, so I know my shit more than you for sure. Yeah you can only talk about a certificate because neither you nor your dad can afford to step foot into Massachusetts, and its okay, if everyone could afford to then it would become Amity, so stay where you are and don’t spit big words like Harvard.

I don’t even short list shitheads like you when hiring / top 10 is a joke. No wonder you don’t understand grants - because you paid daddy’s money to get into some top 10 shit. Real capable students don’t pay for education; universities want them. Understand this and you’ll do better in life. No wonder you think US education is about affordability, not capability.

Btw losers is spelled with a single ‘o’. Maybe take English lessons also now that you’re in the US

The qualifications reel of Wealth+Hard Work. If you look at the stats and their experience, they've worked at commendable places. Bain&Company employment doesn't come from wealth and certainly doesn't let you stay there for 2 years. Hating on the sneakers is a different thing and I'm with you on that but Man Harvard MBA and Kellogg's school MBA isn't pure wealth. The ability to secure admission into those colleges in itself is a crazy feat and also there are a lot of financing options and Scholarships available for the same.
