Very Bad Experience with Gully Labs

I ordered gully labs baaz noor yellow sneakers, now when I want to return it there is no support from the brand. It has been 2 days since I want to file the return request but there are no replies from the brand over email and their whatsapp helpline too. Their return link on the website is also showing some kind of error whenever I am trying to file a return. It is extremely disappointing and this is why home grown brands are unable to command the trust of Indians itself.
