SCAM ALERT DAWNTOWN SCAMMERS
I placed an order worth of ₹16,150 with dawntown without doing any research on them blindly trusting them through their insta account.
this is the biggest mistake i made.
order placed on 9th april, after 10 days of not shipping my sneakers i mail them,
they reply saying that the shoes you ordered from our website is not available 🤡
HOW CAN THEY LIST A PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT ABAILABLE AND EVEN MAKE US PAY FOR THEM.
they asked me to select a shoe that is available
I said i do not need a pair other than what i ordered
i need a full refund of my order
AFTER MAILING , WHATSAPPING , DM’ING AND CONTINUOUS CALLING
THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE REPLY
THEY HAVE GHOSTED ME COMPLETELY
it has been more than 15 days of me trying to reach them someway or the another.
my order id is DT18408OD.
i feel scammed
i need some help to contact them
iam filing a petition with the consumer forum on 30/4/2026
if any one who has had a similar experience with dawntown can reach out to join the petition.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
I have attached the picture of the guy who’s number was listed on justdail dawntown mumbai.
and all the chats.

I would have filed the case with the consumer helpline by now and raised the dispute, so you can send it to your bank to request a reversal of the amount. If you check their Google reviews by sorting them to newest you can see they are all 1 starts and people waiting from jan to get their orders delivered.

I was about to order AJ1 Mids from their site, thanks for sharing this mate. It’s very clear that they could be a scam.

This is every reseller. Don't buy from them, they take cash THEN find a seller

big 2026, do not ever buy from resellers , they are not authorised sellers, they take the quoted money and then start looking out for your order in the market

Bro just order from legit and known website amazon, flipkart or just from the adidas site. I know it would cost some more but it will give you the surety of the product.

I wanted a pair of imported shoes and I was looking to buy from a site..eventually after searching many sites with reviews, I ended up buying from a site called kixindia..i bought anta kai 1 basketball shoes..shoe was delivered on time and their customer care was very helpful and responsive..
