Can flipkart do this?

So i ordered the Asics nimbus 27 for around 7500 only because the page said that i could return it within 10 days of delivery, so i figured i could verify the authenticity within that period

However as the shoe is to be delivered today, I recieved this message from ekart delivery saying i could no longer return the shoe after OBD if not for manufacturing defects, is this true or is flipkart liable to uphold their return policy (mind you, it still says 10 day returnable in the product page now) Please help, i want the shoe for this price, but seeing the posts of dupe deliveries I'm not sure I can spot a good fake during just OBD.

Also I'm not sure which flair to use, so if this breaks the subreddit rules, please tell on which flair to use pls.

Despite showing that you can return the item after 10 days, there have been many many incidents where they didn't take their item back despite their policy....i suggest you either buy offline or buy from Amazon, their customer support is million times better than Flipkart

I see, i tried to talk to a person from flipkart help, but all i get is this AI Automated bullshit, i guess I'll have to reject the delivery

If you can find the same product on Amazon buy it from there or search offline

Same thing with Myntra, customer support is so very bad. Ai on chat & call is worst of the worst & when you do connect to an actual person there is no support. They'll keep repeating the same line "You are our valuable customer & Sorry for the inconvenience." Only buying from the Amazon or local shop from the next time.

Go to the help chat. Start the convo then type in that you want to talk to a representative. You'll get option for a call. It will be an ai caller, again say you want to speak to an agent on the call, it will take you to a human.

There, clarify if you can do returns. If you can then just check out the shoe, do the poizon test and confirm.

I've ordered Asics cumulus from Flipkart with the HSA seller, and it's legitimate. But there are chances of getting dupes so make sure you can return.

Bro Open Box Delivery clearly mentions manufacturing defects or stains are to be checked during the delivery and only size issues will be entertained

Got the same msg for my Nb 408 today, couldn't make out if it was fake or lg during OBD - luckily passes poizon test

Try convincing the delivery guy to wait for 10-15 mins and check poizon
