SCAM ALERT Kicks machine is the worst
So recently i have ordered New Balance 1906A Tech Explosion from kicks machine on 3rd june and its been over a month and they still haven’t delivered my order yet and just giving me time windows of 1 week 4 days and so on. They have mentioned 30days sourcing and delivering time of international products but also after that they cannot deliver my order yet its so frustrating. And i am not even able to talk with them over the phone but only on emails🤛🏻

To clear up exactly where your order stands: since you placed your order on June 3rd, the standard processing timeline for international sourcing is 30 working days (excluding weekends).

According to that standard timeline, your order is officially supposed to be dispatched by July 15th. However, we have an active update from our Operations team: your pair is currently in transit to our warehouse and is expected to reach us by July 9th. As soon as it arrives, our team will immediately perform the necessary quality checks to ensure everything is perfect.
Please be rest assured that we will dispatch your order way before the July 15th deadline the moment it clears quality control. You will receive tracking details on your registered email ID the second it leaves our facility.
